BOOK: English music by W. J. Turner

This is a very old book and what attracted me to it was its age
Its in great condition, it tell us about the history of music and how it entered Europe then floated to the UK, it tells us about how music was dominated by the church's and was not really practiced outside them.

BOOK - The Bane Chronicles by Cassandra Clare

My personal opinion is this book is amazing, I laughed out loud many times and also got some very funny looks on the bus while reading this. Its hilarious and Magnus Bane is such a great character.

Magnus Bane Quotes

“Magnus, you were trying to flirt with your own plate."

“Have a little faith in my magic fingers”

"But, like love, fire didn't last.”

BOOK: The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare

Hello everyone!
Well first of all let me tell you how proud of myself I have read the whole 6 books of The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare in less than a month there have been many late nights and going to work very tired the next day but I did thoroughly enjoy them all.
The last book has got to be my ultimate favourite
City of Heavenly Fire.

My favourite characters are Alec and Magnus.
Clary and Jace's relationship got a bit boring for me and pathetic at times I seemed to gravitate towards the Lost boys.

Magnus with his sarcastic play with words and Alec with his lack of experience on life they make a great pair, the most heart breaking scene for me was when Magnus called for his dad and in return he was giving away his immortality which meant he would die all in aid for them to return, you could really feel the broken heart between them both it was amazing you could really feel the hurt and love, I cried.

BOOK: City of bones by Cassandra Clare

Omg... I love this book I really did, now I have always made a point of staying away from shitty teenager romances after the disastrous Twilight but I watched the film with my friends and really enjoyed that also
So what came next had to be the books I have spent the past tow night staying up till early hours of the morning reading they caught me that bad.

The book is very different from the film which is always a bad thing in the book she has the characters and whiney teenagers which I found a bit shitty but it was still a good read.

BOOK - The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield

The Thirteenth Tale by Dianne Setterfield

***** 5 Star rating

This book kept me up till 4 in the morning.
The twist and turns are in credible and I never once saw that ending coming.
I loved it when she was describing her bookshop and books in general it felt like you could of really been there.
She is very powerful with her words and describes things perfectly.
Amazing book. Recommended to everyone.
