Dog diary πŸ•

As you all know I have a dog called Bailey  he is a cavalier King Charles and as you all know aswell I have recently moved to the lake district to be closer to family, Cumbria is where I was born.
Anyway Bailey is getting used to the lakes and the endless walks and trails we keep going on.

Here's a few pictures do you think he looks happier?

Staying in bed today!

I feel so bloody awful I am so Ill I have gotten a cold but when I woke this morning my throat was horrendous and my tonsils are the size of a golf ball and I had a bad cough.

I am not at work till 3 so I am staying in bed I have soothers, lemsips and some medicine that tastes like tar and my mams keeps supplying me with tea and tissues
 (I love that woman)
I have to say I'm glad I am back home with my mam.
I always need my mamma when I'm Ill.

When I was driving home last night from work it was -25.5 degrees the cars where frosted up.
Be careful when out driving people.

Definition of Ill: suffering from an illness or disease or feeling unwell.

This wonder woman is down for a while!

Strong and Survive! πŸ’ͺ

Well where do I start the past two weeks have been crazy I have quit my two jobs and moved half way across the UK to Cumbria.

And today I have found out I got a full time job and start on Friday. I am so happy its unreal I have tried so hard to survive after the separation and I shocked myself knowing I can do this on my own.
I got my own place and held it down with working two jobs, I have my debts under control and now I have moved again to be closer to family and got myself a full time job.

I'm feeling a little proud of myself right now

DIY From Dress To Skirt

This is the dress to begin with, I loved this dress but the bit of elastic snapped between the boobs and the straps got over stretched I ended up Notting them. I didn't want to get rid of my old faithful so I changed it round a bit in making a Skirt with a elastic waist line.
Very basic refashion but I saved it none the less.

BOOK: Chestnut Street by Maeve Binchy

This book is a great easy read, it kept me wanting to know about the crazy neighbor's in the street.
I read this in two days only because I had to work..... πŸ“š

Wild, wet and muddy πŸƒ

Today I visited a park I didn't even know was their I have lived behind it for nearly 5 years now how crazy is that.
Me and my friend Jenny have been trying to plan a get together for a while now but with me moving and working her going free-lance the both of us just couldn't catch 2 minutes.
It was very spur of the moment we decided by 11 am and out the door by one hahaha their the best days.
We went to Marbury Country Park Click here

So I grabbed the dog and a sandwich and we headed out for a very muddy, wet walk and I loved every second of it.
I didn't even mind when she clouted me on the head with her brolly fussing the dog.

We both really needed it she was stressed because free-lance had died down over Christmas and she had a bit of family trouble with her mother.
I needed it for sure I am moving on the 16th November and it is so stressful the dog is going crazy my family has gone all silent and I'm just worrying.
The dog needed it because he just did he knows something is going on, the house is a mess and he keeps getting under my feet and running away from boxes.

We all needed it and it was great, we slept that night.
After that we went for coffee at the local garden centre and we had a giant slab of chocolate cake between us (yummy) we also had a very funny talk about MEN! As us woman do over coffee and cake.
(Inside joke) Ducks and depression... πŸ˜‚

Everything you ever dreamed of for your new house.

As of the 16th of this month I am moving again..... πŸ˜•

Trust me when I say I am never moving again for the next 10 years its so bloody stressful.... So this post is about the excitement of decorating your new home.
Now when it comes to decorating I'm. Cheap and cheerful type of person and probably rely on IKEA far too much.

The new house I am moving into will be my long term home so I am planning on decorating it with some hard earned cash from my new full time job.

1: Bookshelves.
Before we go any further I must explain I am a book addict and I read a lot so Bookshelves are a must and come first I love the DIY kind.

2: Dog bed.
First and foremost my dog must be care for like he is the king.

3: Writing desk.
For me only antiques will do I love furniture that has got a history a great story to tell.

4: Home Library.
This has been a dream for me for a while but I constantly moved too much but now the time has come.

5: Dinner Table
When I was younger my mother always has us sit around a table to eat but as we got older it stopped and I actually miss it.

6: Bed.
I have always dreamt of having my own princesses fantasy huge 4 poster bed, now I get the chance.

That's it for my house things for now more to come when I move.

Ice Hockey..... I'm a beginner

I decided to treat myself on the 15th of this month before I leave Manchester area for good I am going to my first ever Ice hockey game. πŸ™Œ

I got this voucher on goupon for a half price ticket I thought why not let's do this so I bought the tickets.
I looked on the internet of how I'm going to get their and to my surprise its not that far away my Manchester Piccadilly which is great.
I checked the rules on the site 'A beginners Guide To Ice Hockey' it just told me what the weird arm movements are from the ref are and where the players are standing and what they do.
