Food: Chocolate Sauce

What you need:
200g chocolate
25g butter
125ml milk
1tbsp Double cream

How to:
1: Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl over a pan of water (like a bamberi)
2: Take the bowl off the heat add the milk and cream then place back on the heat.
3: Warm it up but do not let it bubble/boil keep whisking.
4: Pour into a warm jug or bowl. Serve.
